So.....I was introduced to "Free People" a very lomg time ago by one of my besties!!! She loved and adored this line, and over the years I have grown to appreciate them, but with the last couple of months, this line has just blown my mind!!! Dear HushHush, do you have any suggestions as to how I can make cheap buys look more expensive? I love the crochet / knit trend but I don't want to spend so much money on a shirt or sweater that doesn't keep me warm.

Thats a really good question, my suggestion is always mixing up and layering....the point isnt how to make something look rich because at the end of the day you'll see people wearing something that you know is really expensive but looks like they got it from a thrift store!!! Its really about how the clothes make you feel...if your wearing a kick ass outfit that you love, thats whats going to make it look like a thousand dollars!!! I promise you on that!! With the crochet and knit shorts I would suggest something longer, off the shoulder but something that covers the shorts so all you see is the lace slipping out.......or even a button up shirt would be another good option!!!
